MANKAYAN COPPER-GOLD PORPHYRY PROJECT

Located in the heart of the Philippines’ renowned Mankayan mineral district, the Mankayan Copper-Gold Project is a globally significant porphyry deposit owned by Blackstone Minerals through its affiliate, Crescent Mining Development Corporation, with a JORC-compliant resource of 793 million tonnes grading 0.65% CuEq.

Underpinned by a 25-year renewed mining license and bolstered by over 56,000 metres of drilling, the project is strategically positioned just 2.5 km from the major Lepanto and Far Southeast operations. With recent high-grade intercepts confirming depth extensions, a strong social license through historic Indigenous agreements, and national recognition as a Priority Project, Mankayan is uniquely placed to deliver scale, grade, and strategic value in the global energy transition.

High-Grade Intercepts: Drillhole BRC-60 intersected 432 meters at 1.25% CuEq, including 210 meters at 1.60% CuEq, confirming the presence of a substantial high-grade core.

Strategic Location: Situated just 2.5 km from the active Lepanto Gold Mine and the Far Southeast Project, providing access to established infrastructure and a skilled workforce.

Scalability: The deposit remains open at depth and along strike, offering significant potential for resource expansion and long-term development.

Social License: In December 2024, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed with local Indigenous Peoples, marking the first such agreement in the region and securing a strong social license to operate.

Regulatory Support: Recognized as a Priority Project by the Philippines' Mines and Geosciences Bureau, highlighting its national significance.

The Mankayan Project stands out as a rare combination of scale, grade, and strategic location. Its substantial high-grade core allows for a phased development approach, starting with lower-capital selective mining methods and scaling up to bulk mining operations. Blackstone Minerals' proven expertise in Southeast Asian base metals projects, particularly the Ta Khoa Nickel Project in Vietnam, provides operational synergies and cost efficiencies. Furthermore, the project's alignment with global demand for critical energy transition metals positions it as a compelling investment opportunity in the copper-gold sector
